Coalition Operating System™
Is your fiscal agent relationship helping or quietly costing you?
Most coalitions don't hold their own money. A health department, hospital system, school district, or nonprofit holds it for them. That's often the right call — and it's one of the quietest places coalition momentum goes to die. This 12-minute assessment makes the relationship visible so you can repair it on purpose.
Why this exists
The failure almost never looks like conflict. It looks like a reimbursement that takes eleven weeks. A coalition director who can't answer "how much do we have left?" without emailing someone. A strategic plan that quietly bends toward what the fiscal agent finds easy to process. Nobody is the villain. The relationship just was never made explicit, and drift did the rest.
The two-party design
Both sides answer. Separately.
This works best when both parties take it — the coalition director and the fiscal agent's primary contact, separately. The gap between the two scores is usually more instructive than either score on its own. No other coalition assessment asks the fiscal agent to answer too.
